Autobiography and History for the PalmReader

This is the second of two pages featuring the autobiography of Giacomo Casanova. The first page is here.

Giacomo Casanova (1728-1795)

Giacomo Casanova (a.k.a. Jacques Casanova de Seingalt) is most famous for his claim to have been the lover of at least 122 different women over the 73 years of his life. But there was much more to his life than his romantic adventures. He was a well-educated man who served as a cleric, a soldier, diplomat and spy for more than one of the great crowned heads of Europe in the 18th century. He knew kings, queens, philosophers, and Popes, and he caroused with sailors and whores. His autobiography is a rich description of life in the 18th century.

And he recorded his rich life in a detailed biography of thirty volumes, which you can download here.
